Cia Siab, Inc. is hosting a Rice Pantry event on Friday, December 16, 2022, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. This event is one of Cia Siab's monthly recurring events. We will distribute 50 lb Martin Jasmine Rice and fresh food from the Hunger Task Force to families in the community. We are looking for volunteers to help us make this event successfully.
We will start setting up at 9:00 am and clean/pack up by 3:00 pm.
Volunteer responsibilities:
- Set up
- Language support - interpreter
- Rice loaders - we have wagons to transport food and rice to vehicles. Families may need assistance loading the 50 lb rice into their car as well.
- Food Packing - bagging produce
- Clean up
