Alternative Education Case Manager

Coulee Connections is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, Educational Case Manager for our Menomonie location. A successful candidate will possess a desire to work directly alongside at-risk students and their families. Develop and implement creative curriculum that engages students in learning across all subject areas. Facilitate and communicate progress to school and community-based teams. Engage in collaborative program development pushing students into hands-on, real-world practice. The candidate must exhibit the desire to teach academic and social/emotional skills both individually and in small group settings, demonstrate a willingness to be involved in and manage crisis, be able to clearly articulate student progress to families and through team meetings, and enjoy working in a fast-paced supportive environment.
