Mobile Food Pantry Volunteer

Assist clients through the Mobile Food Pantry (MFP) and aiding them in selecting their monthly food package.
Volunteers meet the MFP at the scheduled site in the community.

Nutrition, gerontology, and human services students are likely to apply course objectives while volunteering on the Mobile.

Volunteers must be prompt and arrive ten minutes before service - particularly those who have not volunteered on the MFP before.
The MFP will be parked behind Ping Manor. Volunteers may park in the high-rise lot in front of the Housing Authority building (parking spots with no assigned spots). A resident will let volunteers pass through the building to access the MFP.
