The Inclusion and Adapted Department at the La Crosse Area Family YMCA provides a variety of recreation opportunities for individuals of all ages and all abilities. Our programs are designed to work toward individual goals with an overall purpose of enhancing individual’s quality of life through recreation.
This swim meet is a non-competitive event that allows participants of all physical and cognitive ability levels 4+ years old to show off their skills in the pool. Inclusion staff and volunteers are needed to assist in and out of the pool as needed and to swim alongside swimmers if they need the extra support.
