We are looking for strong, friendly, and organized individuals to help at our Handbags for a Safe Haven Fundraiser to be able to provide resources and services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. We are going to need 40-50 individuals between the times of 12 pm-10 pm helping with a variety of tasks at this fundraiser. There will be an auction, fashion show, and a few other events.
Different time slots and tasks include:
12 pm-5 pm - 8 volunteers
Tasks: Set up for event
4 pm-8 pm - 30 volunteers
Tasks: Check in, taking and marking handbag donations, recording bids for handbag auction, wine and cocktail ticket sales, other tasks as needed.
7 pm-10 pm - 22 volunteers
Tasks: running live auction, helping with the fashion show, check out, tear down, clean up, etc.
