For our BBBB night as Bingo co-hosts (4/1/24), parking is on either ramp at the La Crosse Center. Of course, there are some street spots to utilize.
Arrival time is at 3:45 PM since we begin selling Bingo booklets and daubers at 4:00 PM. We move about within the La Crosse Center due to jackpot size and attendance. We will let you know which room to head to the week of.
We are looking for 8 to 10 volunteers in total to cover the event. 6 volunteers from 3:45 to 6. The other 4 can show up after 5:30 pm.
At 6 PM-ish, selling booklets and daubers ends then we switch to selling raffle tickets. Raffle tickets sell themselves, zero effort has to be made to convince the masses. Super easy sale, do not sweat it. We also have our own ball callers.
There will be zero physical work since BBBB pays the La Crosse Center to assemble the room. The Center sells food and drink on-site.
