The PhoRaiser will continue all day from 10am-4pm.
$10 per bowl of pho.
The keynote address will begin at 2 PM, at which point the PhoRaiser will switch to self-serve so our hardworking volunteers may participate in the free programming.

Our speakers are in the country to present at the 6th Annual International Conference on Hmong Studies at Concordia University in St. Paul, MN. La Crosse is one of the many stops Rasamee and Shu will be touring before they return to Thailand and Vietnam.
SILENT AUCTION: The speakers will bring with them a number of Hmoob artifacts from Thailand & Vietnam to fundraise for the Building Our Futures: International Hmong Women's Conference in December.
