This year we have many exciting changes. Our event is on a new night: Thursday, August 6th, at a new location: The Visions Event Center at Signatures Restaurant. We are also thrilled to introduce BidPal to the event. BidPal allows people to view and bid on auction items before the event even starts. Attendees of the event will be able to easily place bids from the palm of their hand on their personal smartphones, or from a computer at a kiosk. Those that are unable to attend the event can place bids as well from a computer anywhere around the world.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
We hope the children can count on you to help in one of the following four ways:
- Attend Taste of Winona on Thursday, August 6th. You will enjoy fun social atmosphere, delicious food, awesome silent and live auction items to bid on, and wine tasting, as well as live music. Register for Taste of Winona via the "Purchase Tickets" menu above.
- Be A Sponsor. Special benefits are available at sponsor levels ranging from $100-$5,000, such as Taste of Winona tickets and recognition on the electronic bidding devices, in the BBBS of the 7 Rivers Region Newsletter, on the BBBS and Taste of Winona websites, and during the event. Be a sponsor by clicking on the "Purchase Tickets" menu above.
- Donate an Auction Item. This is a fantastic opportunity for you and your business because we will display your business cards/promotional ads with the unique gift you donate.
- Fund a Match. If you are unable to do any of the above, please consider funding the cost of one match per year. The total cost of making and supporting a match for one year is $1,000 and can be purchased above in the "Donate Today" menu. Any donation helps!
