The American Cancer Society Sole Burner - Hula Hustle 5K, formerly the American Cancer Society Family 5K Run/Walk, is an American Cancer Society event that raises funds for all types of cancer to support the mission of the American Cancer Society by helping people stay well, get well, find cures, & fighting back. Sole Burner events focus on reducing your risks for cancer by encouraging a healthy lifestyle – eating well & getting active! The Sole Burner – Hula Hustle 5k has a fresh exciting twist with the addition of a Hawaiian Theme!! Everyone is encouraged to get into the theme by dressing “Hawaiian Style”!
This event is a pledge-based, 5K Run/Walk that participants can choose to participate on a competitive timed-level, or a non-competitive level. It is a family-friendly cancer awareness event for everyone. This is an amazing event that brings the community together to celebrate our area cancer survivors, remember those lost to the disease, and empowers participants to fight back against cancer!
