Neighbors in Action

Neighbors in Action is the one-stop-shop for older neighbors in the La Crescent area who need support to remain living in their homes. We match volunteers with seniors to provide basic services for individuals.  

Our mission is to strengthen community by providing services that allow neighbors to age well at home. 

As a volunteer you'll help older people stay living in the comfort of their own home. Volunteers provide rides, shovel snow, mow lawns, provide companionship, and complete other assorted tasks for individuals who desperately need it. 

You can volunteer as little or as much as your schedule allows.  We love to work with groups, but we specialize in matching individual volunteers with specific people in need.
