West Fork Sports Club is a nonprofit conservation club located in Avalanche, WI. Our members and volunteers work together to protect and improve the natural resources, riparian habitat, and cold water resources of the West Fork Kickapoo River valley.
Our property includes 3,500 feet of the West Fork of the Kickapoo River, almost a mile of hiking trails, a 25-site campground, two cabins, a clubhouse, and access to some of the Driftless Area’s most beautiful scenery and trout streams. Volunteers help us maintain the grounds and facilities, support conservation projects, improve wildlife habitat, care for the river and surrounding landscape, and host activities that connect people with the outdoors.
Whether you enjoy hands-on projects, conservation work, special events, or simply helping your community, we welcome volunteers who share our appreciation for the land, water, wildlife, and outdoor traditions of the driftless region.
