Assist Live Auction Recorder with obtaining on-the-spot signatures from auction winners. Responsibilities include obtaining item paperwork from the Live Auction Recorder, obtaining auction winner signatures, and delivering paperwork to the Checkout Table. You will also coordinate with the Checkout table whether or not a bidder has express checkout and deliver items to their respective locations: the winner's table or to the Checkout Table.
Must be able to lift and move up to 20 pounds, as well as stand and walk for extended lengths of time.
Please, wear a white top or blouse with black pants or skirt.
Subs and water will be provided for all volunteers.
Training and walk-through will be held Tuesday, March 8 from 4-5pm at the Cargill Ballroom.
