We are hosting an indoor Rice Pantry on Friday, November 18th, 2022, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm or (until our supplies last). This event is Cia Siab, Inc.'s monthly recurring events. We will distribute 50 lb Martin Jasmine Rice, fresh produces from the Hunger Task Force, and other essential food to families in the community. We are looking for volunteers to help us make this a successful event.
We start setting up at 9:00 am and clean/pack up by 3:00 pm.
Volunteer responsibilities:
- Set up
- Language support - Hmong interpreter
- Rice loaders - we will have wagons to transport food and rice to vehicles. Families may need assistance loading the 50 lb rice into their car.
- Food Packing - bagging produce into boxes or bags
- Clean up
