Please respond to this posting if you are interested in volunteering at the Family Fun Day at Clearwater Farm. Volunteers will be needed to work activity stations (2 volunteers per station) and to help with setup and takedown. Here are the details for this event:
What: Family fun Day is a special event for adoptive, guardianship, and foster families. Stations will be set up for families to enjoy outdoor activities such as water balloon toss, arts and crafts area, meet the animals, and plant a seed to take home. Family Fun Day is being sponsored by the Jockey Being Family Foundation https://www.jockeybeingfamily.com/about/. The goal is for all families to go home with an afternoon full of fun family memories!
Location: Clearwater Farm, 760 Green Coulee Rd, Onalaska, WI 54650
Date: Saturday, 10 July, 2021 (Mark your calendar if you are interested in volunteering at this event; additional details will be provided as the date gets closer)
Time: The event is from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. However, volunteers will be needed from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. to help with setup and takedown.
REMINDERS: Please do NOT attend an event if you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath), or have been exposed to others who have experienced those symptoms within the last 14 days. Social distancing of at least 6 feet will be required. Please bring a mask for each person in your party to be used anytime social distancing of at least 6 feet cannot be maintained.
