Description

Calling all NHS Students, college students, and volunteers!

We have an awesome program set up for Cub Scouts August 17-21, 2015 at Camp Decorah, north of Holmen (we have busing available to you!).  Minecraft and Sustainability for Our World camp is run almost entirely by a volunteer staff.  We are looking for additional help leading groups of 7-11 year old Cub Scouts around to the awesome daily activities along with the main group leader.  Activities range from swimming, shooting sports, service projects, interactive guest speakers, field games, and lots more.  This volunteer experience is a great resume builder and excellent opportunity for leadership, community service, and tons of FUN!

Help out for 1 day or all week it is up to you!  We will provide your lunch and staff shirt.  If you would like to help out all 5 days as a core staff member, full Cub Camp Training is August 16, 9am-5pm and you must pass a background check.  EVERY volunteer will need to take Youth Protection Training either in person or online prior to camp.

Please call/text/email Tammy Schmitz if you are interested.
