Heartland Hospice is a hospice caregiver agency owned by a company called Gentiva. Our mission is to provide exceptional care with empathy for our patients and their families so they may live with comfort, dignity and respect.

Looking for caring and dedicated people with an interest in serving terminally ill patients and their families. Volunteers provide services such as friendly visits, veteran to veteran visits, administrative office support.
